Store Policies

We're so excited to start our online store! we can't wait to meet all of you! 
*** Please note, some of the pieces online are also sold in the shop. We do our best to update the online store as soon as possible. In the event that you buy an item that was already sold in the store. We will let you know as soon as possible, and refund you the cost. 
Your items will be shipped when we receive and clear your payment. We try our very best to ship within a week. We want to get you your order as soon as we can  :-). 
How much?
We ship with CanadaPost and have a flat shipping rate. It's $10 within Canada, and $12 to the United States. 
How long?
Depending on where you live, delivery times can vary.  On average, orders will arrive well before 20 business days. We try to get you your package as soon as possible. However, despite our best efforts some things are out of our control. Custom delays are rare, but they can happen when shipping items internationally. You will be responsible for paying any and all custom duties. 
Store pick up?
If you would like to pick up your item in store, all you need to do is choose Store pick up from the various shipping methods at checkout.


Returns and Exchanges.

We care about our customers, and stand behind our the quality of our items. If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email us within a week of receiving the item. We will offer you a refund. We are not, however, able to refund shipping costs.

Our main goal is making sure you, the customer is happy and satisfied with your shopping experience. We have been a brick and mortar store for over 8 years and this is our first foray into online retail. There are bound to be some snafus, as we iron out the kinks. We will do everything in our power to remedy any mishaps.
